yes there's a railing around the steps. Go counterclockwise around as it's less of an incline. Be aware there is a LOT of steps if you do the circle path but we felt it was worth it. …
yes there's a railing around the steps. Go counterclockwise around as it's less of an incline. Be aware there is a LOT of steps if you do the circle path but we felt it was worth it. We are seniors but managed it fine. See my review for touring tips
