The apartment is private and secluded with it's own garden and space to relax. It is ideal for a couple or small family who enjoy the unique combination of seaside, countryside and outdoor life. The beach at Freshwater Bay is only a short walk (5-8 mins) and there are many walking and cycling routes close by. Freshwater is a great holiday location if you enjoy the outdoor life. With one coast facing the English Channel and Atlantic Ocean and the other facing the Solent and Mainland England the West Wight has a very different atmosphere to the busier eastern side of the Island. Local landmarks include Freshwater Bay, The Needles, Tennyson Down, Fort Victoria, Alum Bay Cliffs and Yarmouth Castle but there are other places like Newtown Creek - an unspoilt haven for wildlife, Hannover Point with it's dinosaur footprints on the rocks, the ancient standing stones at Mottistone and Hulverstone and beaches ranging from safe and sandy to wild and rocky!
