We are going to be in Sydney in June 2020, but not sure if the Three Sisters and the area around it was affected by the fires. It is a full day, very long, tour and I don't want to waste my time and money if it isn't nice anymore.

This place is perfectly fine and the views were great when we visited on the 22nd of Jan. Very recommend everyone to visit. You shouldn't jave anything to worry about if you decide to visit. Not sure why the OP's question is being asked on this page though and the Grand Canyon is nowhere near The Three Sisters! As for a private guide, you are better off engaging a local one to pick you up from either Katoomba station or Blackheath station.

It won't cost you anything to see the three sister, except a $4 (I think it was) parking fee. There is far more to see in Katoomba than just the three sisters. There is also Wentworth falls, …
It won't cost you anything to see the three sister, except a $4 (I think it was) parking fee. There is far more to see in Katoomba than just the three sisters. There is also Wentworth falls, Scenic World, lolly shops, and more. You can also visits sights on the 'hop on hop off' double decker bus, but this will cost you. You would be best to google - 'things to do in Katoomba' for the best way to get to places and costs etc, that way you can pre purchase tickets to Scenic World and avoid the queue's that you will find during busy times, such as our Christmas, New Year period that you will be going in. IF they are open at this time. Everything is reasonable close, if you are going by car. If you are going to Katoomba by train and public transport, it will be more difficult to get around.
